Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Aberdeen and Dundee is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive the hotels’ sales and marketing plan and maximise revenue across both properties. You will report to the General Managers and the National Sales Director and ensure cross-selling opportunities are pursued across the two hotels.

You will manage the inquiry process, oversee training and communications within the department, and develop strong relationships with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales and marketing is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage inquiries and develop relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive the hotels' sales and marketing plan across Malmaison properties.
• Lead inquiry process and training within the department.
• Represent both brands and cross-sell hotels within Malmaison.
• Present to senior decision makers and build relationships with guests.

Cluster Sales Manager, Malmaison

A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the revenue across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Aberdeen and Dundee.

As Cluster Sales Manager you will drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan. Reporting into the General Managers and the National Sales Director you will ensure that both brands are represented whilst actively looking for new opportunities and cross selling all hotels within Malmaison.

You will manage and lead the inquiry process, ensure the training and communication within the department and across the two hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency and develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels.

You will be a self starter, organised and able to prioritise actions whilst managing tasks through to completion.

It goes without saying that excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral are essential as is confidence in presenting to senior decision makers in other businesses.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial as would a working knowledge of the Hotel industry.
