You will produce function sheets, coordinate with hotel operations, and ensure event contracts are accurate. A passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Increase conversion of enquiries by developing client relationships and maximizing sales leads
• Produce function sheets and liaise with hotel operations to ensure smooth events
• Ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi information is accurate and up to date per event contract
• Collaborate with the M&E Office Manager to meet revenue targets
• Build strong relationships with event organisers to fulfill requirements
• Gather client feedback to encourage repeat business
• Deliver first-class customer service with a passion for hospitality
