Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking a Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive to support a cluster of hotels by handling enquiries and turning them into detailed proposals. You’ll work closely with operations to capture every detail and build strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Produce proposals for M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure we capture every detail.
• Gather feedback from clients to drive repeat business.
