Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracted Meetings & Events for hotels.
• Customer service skills with ability to multi task and communicate details.
• Ability to build relationships and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all contracted bookings, collect final details and timings.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event debriefs with clients.
• Update Event records and revenue postings; produce function sheets.
• Support revenue targets through rebooks and upselling.
