Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking an energetic Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive to support a cluster of hotels and drive M&E enquiries. You will produce tailored proposals, collaborate with operations teams, and ensure accurate contract creation and invoicing to customers.

The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service, developing lasting client relationships, and leveraging our recognition and wellbeing initiatives to create a brilliant hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting M&E or events is preferred.
• Customer service excellence and hospitality mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals for M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams across the cluster to capture every detail.
• Gather feedback from clients to encourage repeat business.
• Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers.
