Job summary

Leonardo Hotels' Limited Edition collection is seeking a Meetings & Events Executive to support a cluster of hotels across the UK. You’ll handle customer enquiries, produce proposals, and coordinate with operational teams to capture every detail.

Your focus will be building strong client relationships, gathering feedback to drive repeat business, and producing contracts with accurate invoicing. A passion for hospitality and first‑class service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Meetings & Events or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to produce proposals in line with customer requests.
• Strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Work closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detail.
• Gather feedback from clients – we love repeat business!
• Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers.
• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first‑class customer service.
