Cluster IT Support Technician – 2nd Line £22,000 to £27,000 London | Permanent

Code Red is representing a client seeking an IT Support technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Croydon, Deptford, South Norwood.

• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Good knowledge of IT security solutions
• Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Office 365 Administration
