We are currently looking for a bright talent, to come in the role of Cluster Human Resources Director to be part of our amazing HR Team in London Starhotels team on full time basis to support our three properties in South Kensington Area.

The prestigious Starhotels Collezione properties are all 4 and 5 star icons of style with a distinct personality and express the authentic spirit of the cities that host them. Twelve architectural gems, each with its own history and heritage, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Rome, Florence, Venice, Siena, Trieste and Vicenza.

Main duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Act as first point of contact of the HR Department
  • Manage the functions of the HR Office, coordinating the team, ensuring the smooth running of HR Operations across all three hotels.
  • Ensure tasks are completed professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the entire payroll processing, auditing and timekeeping is carried out correctly to guarantee on-time salary payments while always adhering with local laws and regulations.
  • Provide a 360°HR support to the HR and Management Team in areas such as recruitment, payroll, training, performance, attendance and Employee Relations.
  • Attending management meetings, preparing and delivering training sessions to employees and recording and maintaining all training records
  • Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
