Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead HR solution delivery to your client portfolio, including business and strategic HR planning, culture change, transformation, change management, leadership development, organizational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D, and talent management.
• Manage your client portfolio and collaborate with the team to ensure top-quality HR services.
• Support client acquisition efforts alongside the Regional Director and marketing team.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience influencing business strategy and partnering with Boards and Executive teams.
• Likely CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
• Experience working with investor-backed businesses.
• A natural people person with leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Credible with SME business owners and able to influence effectively.
• Organized, dependable, innovative, and tech-savvy.
• Business-minded, strategic, pragmatic, and hands-on.
• Excellent listener and questioner, always seeking to add value.
