Job summary

7H, headquartered in Perth, Scotland, is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to lead the financial performance across a portfolio of hotels in the UK. This role supports GMs and senior management, driving financial discipline and strategic decision-making across the cluster.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and governance, coordinating audits and ensuring brand and statutory reporting standards are met, while promoting efficiency and best practices throughout the

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site financial control for hospitality or F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Strong governance, statutory and brand reporting knowledge.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for a cluster of hotels.

• Supervise finance teams across the cluster and promote best practices.

We are seeking a strategic Cluster Financial Controller to lead the financial performance and compliance of multiple hotel properties within the group.
