leaf HOSPITALITY seeks a Cluster Financial Controller to lead financial management, reporting and governance across a portfolio of hotels in the UK. You will work with General Managers and shared services to provide financial guidance that drives commercial performance and accuracy.

You will ensure strong controls, deliver robust reporting and support informed business decisions that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with leadership experience in multiple sites (hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
