leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to lead financial management, reporting and controls across multiple hotels in the UK. You will partner with General Managers, Finance Shared Services and key stakeholders to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will oversee balance sheets, cash management, audits and governance, providing strategic financial guidance to improve profitability and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in a multi-site environment is essential.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

The Opportunity

As Cluster Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting and compliance across multiple hotels.

Working closely with General Managers, Finance Shared Services and key stakeholders, you'll provide financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making, identify opportunities and drive commercial performance.

You'll play an important role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong controls and helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control processes across multiple hotels

• Produce accurate management accounts, forecasts and financial reports

• Support budgeting and business planning activities

• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements

• Support General Managers and department leaders with financial insight and decision‑making

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash management processes

• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders where required

• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency and profitability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within hospitality or a multi‑site environment

• Strong financial and commercial acumen

• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with operational teams and stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience preferred
