Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to lead financial management, reporting and controls across multiple hotels in the UK. You will partner with General Managers, Finance Shared Services and key stakeholders to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will oversee balance sheets, cash management, audits and governance, providing strategic financial guidance to improve profitability and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in a multi-site environment is essential.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control processes across multiple hotels.
• Produce accurate management accounts, forecasts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and business planning activities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes.
• Support General Managers with financial insight and decision-making.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash management processes.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency and profitability.
