leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a commercially minded Cluster Financial Controller to provide financial leadership across a portfolio of hotels. Lead reporting, controls and business planning while partnering with General Managers and Shared Services to drive performance.

You will oversee balance sheets, cash management and audits, ensuring accuracy and robust governance to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with hospitality or multi-site experience.
• Proven ability to produce management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to influence operational teams and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As Cluster Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting and compliance across multiple hotels.

Working closely with General Managers, Finance Shared Services and key stakeholders, you'll provide financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making, identify opportunities and drive commercial performance.

You'll play an important role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong controls and helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control processes across multiple hotels

• Produce accurate management accounts, forecasts and financial reports

• Support budgeting and business planning activities

• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements

• Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes

• Support General Managers and department leaders with financial insight and decision-making

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash management processes

• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders where required

• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency and profitability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment

• Strong financial and commercial acumen

• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with operational teams and stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience preferred
