Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site financial control for hospitality or F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Strong governance, statutory and brand reporting knowledge.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for a cluster of hotels.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and brand reporting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Supervise finance teams across the cluster and promote best practices.
• Monitor cash flow, P&L performance, and cost controls.
• Liaise with auditors and manage external/internal audit processes.
• Support GMs and senior management with commercial decision-making.
• Implement process improvements to increase financial efficiency.
