Job summary

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller based from Fraser Suites Glasgow or Fraser Place Canary Wharf. You will manage day-to-day accounting, financial operations, and provide support to operational managers across properties. Responsible for timely monthly P&Ls, balance sheets and audits.

The role requires hotel finance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements in financial controls and reporting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel finance and reporting
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in month-end processes
• Proficiency with accounting systems and controls

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day financial reporting for hotels
• Produce monthly P&Ls and balance sheets within deadlines
• Coordinate accounts payable/receivable and cash management
• Support senior staff and managers with budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare audit packs and statutory VAT/city tax returns
• Collaborate with property teams to improve financial controls
