Qualifications

• Has experience leading large operational service delivery facilities (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a successful DL Club and deliver an excellent member experience seven days a week.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager and ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with the team to drive smooth operations, staffing and service quality.
