Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Wimbledon is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a busy DL Club, ensuring excellent member experience seven days a week. You will drive health and safety, team performance, and service standards while managing a multi-function facility with a strong customer focus.

The role requires senior leadership, financial planning oversight, and a passion for hospitality and sports. You will coach staff and collaborate across departments to maximise member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
