You will manage teams, coordinate across functions, and drive service standards in a premium health and wellness environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to implement strategies that hit club targets while upholding health, safety and compliance, and to foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions or departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
