You will regularly act as Duty Manager and, with your team, maintain health and safety standards, compliance, and smooth service delivery seven days a week.

You will manage a large operational service delivery facility, drive cross-functional teams across departments, plan finances, and develop talent.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, leisure facility).
• Ability to lead multiple functions with varied goals across departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead daily club operations.
