Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Deputy General Manager to oversee daily operations across our golf and country clubs in the UK. You will lead the front-of-house team, drive continuous improvements to the guest experience, and ensure service standards remain high across all channels.

In this role you will manage shifts, coach staff, and work with senior leadership to meet business goals while maintaining a welcoming, safety‑mocused environment for members and guests.

• Strong supervisory and team-management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in front-of-house or golf operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement The Club Company experience aligned with brand standards.
• Analyse customer feedback across channels and set strategic actions to improve the experience.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional, timely service.
• Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and benchmarks to exceed service standards.
• Ensure policy adherence and maintain a safe, engaging work environment as Deputy General Manager.
