Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our UK golf and country club portfolio. You will drive financial performance, membership growth, and an exceptional member and guest experience while upholding CARE values and our high service standards.

You will manage budgets, coach department heads, and ensure HR, payroll and training requirements are met, fostering a positive, inclusive environment for staff and members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is desirable.
• Substantial private club or hospitality industry experience with managerial experience essential, e.g., as Clubhouse Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the club in line with Executive team objectives.
• Manage P&L and budget to meet financial targets, including membership growth.
• Oversee department managers, coaching, and safeguarding assets while ensuring exceptional member and guest experience.
