Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience 7 days a week.
• Work with General Manager to implement strategies driving club targets and experience.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
