Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a decisive General Manager to own the club's performance. You will lead sales, service, operations and people development, creating an environment where colleagues thrive and members achieve their goals.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive membership growth, profitability and operational excellence while upholding safety and quality standards. This hands-on role requires visible leadership on the gym floor and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail sectors.
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
