Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a driven General Manager to own the club’s performance, leading sales, service, operations and people development. You will foster a high-performing culture, deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve sustainable growth across the club.

You will report to the Area Manager and be accountable for membership growth, profitability and operational excellence while developing colleagues and ensuring standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to analyse performance data to drive improvements.
• Positive, resilient, solutions-focused mindset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
