Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to lead from the front, drive sales, and deliver outstanding member experiences across the club. You will support the General Manager to shape performance, operations and team development in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage recruitment, coach teams, and ensure high standards of service and safety while contributing to planning, local marketing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to influence performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop colleagues to achieve full potential and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent.
• Drive revenue across memberships, PT and related services.
• Monitor club KPIs and take action to improve profitability and efficiency.
