Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive General Manager to own the club's performance across sales, service, operations and people development. You will lead from the front, delivering an outstanding member experience while driving sustainable business growth and profitability.

You will report to the Area Manager and be accountable for membership growth, operational excellence and colleague development, fostering a high-performance culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
• Commercial focus with track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across all club areas.
• Drive memberships, retention and overall club profitability.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, costs and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety at all times.
• Coach, mentor and plan succession within the team.
