Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven General Manager to own the club's performance across sales, service, operations and people development. You will lead from the front, build high-performing teams and deliver an outstanding member experience while driving sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive membership growth, profitability and operational excellence, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
• Desirable: experience within fitness/leisure; Level 2 Fitness Qualification; understanding of membership sales, retention and club operations.
