Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, seeks an accomplished General Manager to own club performance across sales, service, and operations. You will lead from the front, delivering an outstanding member experience while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

You'll coach high-performing teams, manage costs and risk, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing national fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail sectors.
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving business targets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience within a fitness or leisure environment
• Understanding of membership sales, retention and club operations
• Pool plant and Health & Safety experience
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's overall performance and day-to-day operations.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across all club functions.
• Drive memberships, retention and profitability with strong sales leadership.
• Maintain operational excellence, safety, presentation and cost control.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and implementation of company policies.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly operational processes.
• Deliver a best-in-class member experience and community engagement.
• Lead initiatives to improve KPI performance and local marketing impact.
