Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a General Manager to own the club's performance and run daily operations. You will lead a team focused on member experience, sales and profitability while building a culture of accountability and improvement.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive growth, oversee safety and compliance, and develop leaders across the club network to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail sectors.
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
• Experience within a fitness or leisure environment.
• Pool plant and Health & Safety experience.
