Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience within a leisure-related industry.
• Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Proven track record in driving sales and coordinating local marketing.
• Experience recruiting and managing a successful team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policy and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct regular safety checks (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Report defects to keep building/equipment safe.
• Recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Hold regular team meetings to aid development.
• Work towards sales and membership targets and maximise revenue.
• Drive and maximise secondary spending revenue.
• Ensure cleanliness and high facility standards.
• Oversee weekly banking to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Ensure uniform standards across the team.
• Create an enjoyable work environment and be JD Gyms ambassador.
