• Proven track record of management within a leisure related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the gym team to deliver daily operations.
• Ensure health, safety and company policy adherence across the site.
• Drive sales and membership targets and maximise secondary revenue.
• Oversee banking processes, cash handling and Wastage control.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and uniform compliance.
• Deliver outstanding member service and ambassadorial representation for JD Gyms.
