JD Gyms Swansea is seeking a General Manager to lead the club, inspire colleagues and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and service standards while promoting a welcoming environment.

You will recruit, coach and empower a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, push membership growth and revenue, and maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.

Qualifications
