You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage workloads and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations and Customer Services to ensure accurate cloud billing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing/finance within cloud or managed services.
• Demonstrated leadership of operational teams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cloud billing operations and recurring cycles.
• Manage workloads to ensure accurate and timely billing outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members, supporting performance and growth.
• Escalate complex billing queries and operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and team performance.
• Support governance, controls, reconciliations and audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations and Customer Services to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused high-performing team culture.
