Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Director Cloud & AI Partnerships to lead global Go-To-Market activities with Databricks. Based in New York or Raleigh, you will define the Joint Business Plan and drive a cohesive GTM strategy across Celonis and partner teams.

You will own regional execution, develop sales assets, enablement programs, and ensure field teams have the right tools to identify and win joint opportunities. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in partner management, sales or business development.
• Experience ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills, verbal & written in English.

Responsibilities

• Define the Joint Business Plan and a clear value proposition aligning Celonis with Databricks.
• Define GTM strategy and build joint sales motions and programmes with Celonis- and partner-teams.
• Create sales assets and enablement programs for regional teams.
