Job summary

Celonis is seeking a senior leader to grow and lead our team of Enterprise Architects in London. You will act as an executive sponsor, presenting to customer C-level executives and translating strategic goals into actionable technical plans.

You will empower a team that supports our sales organization, unlocking blockers by partnering with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security to drive enterprise modernization and innovative solutions such as Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to C-levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects for large client accounts.
• Engage with C-level executives in pre- and post-sales contexts.
• Drive enterprise modernization and explore innovative solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, data ops, and security teams to deliver premier technical services.
