Qualifications

• Experience in dental admin is preferred.
• Strong communication with clinicians and patients.
• Ability to manage patient journeys and data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient journey from lead to treatment completion.
• Maintain regular contact with patients and clinicians.
• Provide weekly activity and conversion reports.
• Utilise Zoho to track treatments and statuses.
• Support events and drive private revenue opportunities.
