Job summary

Steeple Grange Dental Care in Wirksworth is seeking a Practice Coordinator to support the Practice Manager across operational, administrative and people-focused activities, acting as deputy manager when required and helping to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

You'll lead a friendly team, coordinate reception and admin, ensure compliant procedures, and contribute to a positive, high-performing practice culture in a busy private and specialist referral environment.

Qualifications

• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous administrative experience in dental or healthcare environment.
• Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice team to assist in the provision of dental care services to patients.
• Comply with the Practice Business Plan and assist the manager in its implementation.
• Work with Clinical Team to ensure compliance with GDC and CQC guidelines.
• Reception duties as required.
