Job summary

The People Advisory is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Front of House for a busy dental practice in Batley, West Yorkshire. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering a welcoming patient journey and supporting private treatment enquiries to drive growth.

You’ll work closely with clinicians to explain options, costs and finance, build lasting patient relationships and help convert enquiries into treatment, while delivering exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• Warm, confident and brilliant with people.
• Experience in dentistry, healthcare, hospitality or strong customer-facing sales environment.
• Comfortable discussing private treatments, fees and finance options.
• Proactive and confident following up enquiries and treatment plans.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Previous dental or Treatment Coordinator experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient journey from first contact to visit, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support private treatment enquiries and follow up treatment plans with patients.
• Explain options including costs and available finance.
• Build genuine relationships with patients and follow up opportunities to fill the diary.
