Steeple Grange Dental Care in Wirksworth is seeking a proactive Practice Coordinator to support the Practice Manager and help run the day-to-day operations of a thriving private and specialist referral practice. You will coordinate administrative processes, support the reception team, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in dental or healthcare admin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the practice in partnership with the Practice Manager.
• Act as Deputy Manager in the Practice Manager's absence.
• Coordinate administrative and operational processes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide front-of-house support during busy periods and cover reception when needed.
• Help maintain exceptional patient service standards and compliance with procedures.
