The Square Dental in Hale Barns, part of PortmanDentex, is seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our patient‑centred team. You will guide patients through their treatment journeys and work with a skilled private practice in a supportive environment.

GDC registration is essential, with previous dental coordination or front‑of‑house experience. Expect a full‑time schedule, competitive pay, and a collaborative team culture focused on excellent patient care.

If so, we’ve got a opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our welcoming practice The Square Dental in Hale Barns.

The Essentials

• Full time 42.5 hours per week
• Mondays 8.30am - 6pm, Tuesdays 8.30am - 8pm, Wednesdays 8.30am - 6.30pm, Thursdays 8.30am - 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am - 2.30pm
• Competitive hourly rate from: £15 per hour in line with experience
• Free on site parking
• Join a friendly & experienced team in our 3 surgery private specialist referral practice with highly regarded Professors, Specialists and Consultants from all fields of dentistry

This is a key role within the practice, supporting patients through their treatment journey and helping them feel fully informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions.

Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:

• Acting as a bridge between clinical and front-of-house teams
• Contributing to practice growth and performance targets
• Explaining treatment plans clearly in simple, non-clinical language
• Building rapport and trust with patients
• Handling objections confidently and professionally
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Ability to explain complex treatments
• Interpreting clinician notes and translating them into patient-friendly information
• Coordinating multi-stage treatment journeys

We work as a team and this role will also include some Dental Nurse & Reception cover. Therefore candidates must be GDC registered.

About You

• Valid GDC registration
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
• Dental experience as a Dental Nurse, Receptionist, Practice Manager or Treatment Coordinator
• A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service
