Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager - Nursing at Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK. The role involves managing the Wards and Day Case Unit, and overseeing staff including the Practice Based Educator.
This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift coverage required.
Duties include:

• Leading the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to patient needs.
• Acting as a clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift weekly, providing expert support.
• Ensuring individualized patient care aligns with standards and policies.
• Managing daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Handling staff rotas, leave, and ensuring KPI compliance.
• Supporting strategic and operational plans with leadership.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Proven leadership in senior nursing or clinical management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policies.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and resource management.
• Data analysis and risk response capabilities.

Salary & Benefits include:
