An excellent opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to oversee an exceptional nursing home in the Oxford area. The home provides a wide range of care services, including residential, dementia, nursing, palliative, and respite care.

Qualifications: Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of service delivery within a quality assurance framework, maintaining nursing and residential care standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and registration requirements, establishing and monitoring procedures.
• Manage recruitment, performance, and development of staff, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Assist in setting and controlling budgets to maximize income and value for money, identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Promote the business externally through marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain the company's reputation through effective external partnerships.
• Participate in special projects and change programs as needed.

Salary and Benefits
