Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Nursing department. This role manages the Wards and Day Case Unit and supervises the Practice Based Educator. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible shift coverage.

Key Duties include:

• Leading the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to patient needs.
• Acting as a clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift per week, providing advice and support.
• Ensuring nursing staff identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with standards and policies.
• Overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure safe staffing, skill mix, and patient flow.
• Managing staff rotas, leave, and resource planning to meet organizational KPIs.
• Supporting strategic and operational plans in collaboration with senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
