Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is supporting a large nursing home in the North West to appoint a Registered Manager. You will take overall responsibility for operational, clinical and regulatory performance, leading a large care team and ensuring CQC compliance to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The role emphasizes increasing occupancy, budget/KPI management and strong relationships with families, professionals and the local community while embedding digital care planning across the service.

Qualifications

  • Previous Registered Manager experience in a residential or nursing care setting.
  • Nursing qualification and active NMC PIN desirable.
  • Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, clinical governance and care home operations.
  • Commercially aware, organised and capable of managing a large staff team.
  • Committed to delivering safe, dignified and high-quality care for older people.
  • Able to balance operational demands with a visible, supportive leadership style.

Registered Manager

Nursing Home | North West
£65,000 to £70,000 per annum.

An established large nursing home is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service through its next phase of development.

Recently acquired by a committed provider, the home is in a positive position with approximately 88% occupancy, established digital care systems and a clear opportunity for a commercially aware, quality-focused leader to build on existing foundations.

The role.

You will take overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and regulatory performance of the home. This includes leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of person-centred care, ensuring CQC compliance, managing occupancy and developing positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and the local community.

Key responsibilities.
