Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD is seeking a Clinical Service Manager (NMC Registered Nurse) to lead clinical operations in a Bedfordshire residential and nursing care service, ensuring outstanding nursing care, governance, and resident well-being.

You will coach multidisciplinary teams, drive CQC compliance, manage medications and risk, support recruitment and development, and contribute to strategic service improvements while upholding dignity and person-centred care.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to join a well-established, high-quality residential and nursing care service in Bedfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse with strong leadership experience to play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

This role would suit a Clinical Manager, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or experienced Home Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for residents whilst leading and developing high-performing care teams.

The Role
