Your role

• Full time or part-time Clinical Pharmacist role
• Minimum requirement - 30 hours per week
• Work as a vital member of the Pharmacy team, work autonomously and as part of the team
• Telephone appointments to begin with
• Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
• Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
• No CPPE Pathway or Independent prescribing required - but will have continuous support from the practice in pursuit of both

Salary and Benefits

• £44,000 - £48,000 per annum FTE
• NHS pension
• 25 days annual leave + 1 wellbeing day
• Bank holidays excluded
• 1 week study leave
