Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Customer Development Specialist to drive biomarker adoption and clinical market development across a multi-country territory. You will educate clinicians, support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives, and build lasting relationships with medical staff in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care and related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare diagnostics or clinical development (3+ years).
• Experience engaging clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand and adoption of Procalcitonin and biomarkers.
• Engage clinicians, laboratory staff and decision-makers across specialties.
• Analyze accounts to develop targeted clinical strategies and pathways.
• Deliver clinical education via discussions, presentations and workshops.
• Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at events and congresses.
