Job summary

Waters Corporation, a global leader in life sciences, seeks a Clinical Account Manager for the Midlands/South West UK. Report to the Clinical Manager North Europe, you will drive new clinical business across Waters’ portfolio and manage the full sales cycle in a dynamic team environment.

The role requires technical sales experience in chromatography or mass spectrometry, strong clinical market insights, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Science or equivalent.
• Technical sales experience in chromatography or mass spectrometry preferred.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the clinical market with the full product portfolio.
• Achieve the territory AOP targets.
• Manage the entire sales process and relationships with clinical customers.
• Coordinate across departments – marketing, service, demo lab.
• Formulate and implement business and territory plans.
• Proactively manage the opportunity pipeline and convert to orders.
• Manage product mix and pricing to targets; use Compass CRM.
