  • Group Clinical Lead – ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.

  • Business Manager – partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Regional Network Operations Manager – to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
  • A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)

Essential :

  • GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
  • Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.

Located in the heart of Liskeard, Rosedean House Surgery serves a diverse and growing patient population. The surgery is situated in a historic Grade II listed building that will soon be undergoing redevelopment — bringing together architectural heritage with a modern, patient-centred design.
